We ship from the United States. Each cap is made to order, then shipped within a few business days. Standard delivery takes about 3–6 business days, and tracking is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Because every cap is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out through our Contact page and we'll sort it out.
