Shipping & delivery

Each cap is made to order, then shipped from the United States. Standard delivery inside the US takes about 3–6 business days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.

Do you ship to Europe?

Yes. We ship to France and the rest of Europe. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout, before you pay. Transatlantic orders take longer than domestic ones — allow extra time for production, transit and customs clearance.

VAT, duties and import charges

Your order ships from the United States, so a delivery inside the European Union is an import. Prices are shown excluding VAT: import VAT, and in some cases customs duties and a carrier handling fee, are collected on delivery by your local customs authority. These charges are set by that authority, not by BRIM, and are not included in the total you pay at checkout.

Every BRIM cap is one size with an adjustable strap back — unisex, made to fit most.

Materials

Unstructured, low-profile 6-panel corduroy caps with dense, raised embroidery. Soft crown, cotton twill sweatband, adjustable metal buckle.

Returns

Every cap is made to order just for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us and we'll make it right — always.

Orders shipped to the European Union

EU consumer law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal on most online purchases. Because each cap is produced individually once you order, it falls under the exemption for goods made to your specification, so a change-of-mind cancellation isn't possible once production has started. If you change your mind before your order goes into production, email us straight away and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Your statutory rights for damaged, faulty or misdescribed items are unaffected.

The cause

BRIM isn't run for profit. Once your cap is made and shipped, everything left over goes to the LGBTQ+ organizations we partner with — today, the Ali Forney Center, which houses and supports LGBTQ+ young people experiencing homelessness in New York. Nobody here takes a salary.
